Roles And Responsibilities
- Review project, identify and verify all details to be included in the scope of work.
- Develop scope of work and create request for quote (RFQ) for subcontractors.
- Work with Musco's Sales Representative on pricing when needed.
- Attend preconstruction meetings with customers, sales, and contractors to assure accurate information of installation; based on customers expectation and contractor availability, coordinate project details, installation and delivery arrangements with Sales and Engineering.
- Provide onsite training with customer or contractors to ensure that Musco products are installed correctly.
- Field technical questions from all groups involved in project installation (Reps, Contractors, Customers, etc...).
- Identify, communicate, and implement change orders; track installation and approve invoices.
- Provide weekly progress reports to project stakeholders.
- Final inspections and project close out documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a technical field preferred.
- Relevant work experience also to be considered as an alternative.
- Good interpersonal skills a must including the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong oral and written communication skill.
- Strong organization skills with an attention to detail.
- Able to interpret and understand project specifications, construction, and electrical drawings.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Team and goal oriented.
Pay
Estimated Salary range: $80,000-$120,000 USD
Schedule
Weekly travel required to visit projects. In general, overnight travel is two to four days a week, subject to change as demand requires.
