About the role
We are a well-established GC that specializes in commercial and multifamily construction, based in the Portland area. This includes both ground-up and renovations, with projects typically ranging from $5-50M in value size. Due to growth, we are hiring a Project Manager.

Requirements
The following are required for this role:
- Experience as a Project Manager at a GC
- Experience with multifamily or commercial construction
- Experience with ground-up construction
Nice to have: ProCore experience.
Pay
The salary for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
