Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in multifamily and renovation construction.
- Proven experience in project management and supervision, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and legal regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in preparing and analyzing project bids, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
- OSHA certification.
