Project Manager- Construction

Responsibilities

  • Develop project schedules and track milestones
  • Manage budgets and maintain documentation
  • Communicate regularly with vendors, contractors, and client representatives
  • Ensure compliance with client's operating procedures and safety management systems
  • Participate in safety meetings, conduct site inspections, and support incident reporting and investigation processes
  • Serve as a liaison between JLL and the client, building strong working relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction industry
  • Proficiency in project management software like Procore
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Professional certification in project management (PMP)
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in project management
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
