About the role

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the design, procurement, and construction of projects, including cost, schedule, and quality control. They work closely with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Manage the project process to meet client expectations and ensure consistent deliverables.
  • Team Management: Coordinate project tasks, organize meetings, and ensure proper training for team members.
  • Task Management: Lead client interfaces, prepare scopes of work, and oversee construction progress.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of field and project management experience.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of construction techniques, cost estimating, and contract management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
