Project Manager Construction
About the role
The Project Manager (PM) at Constructiv is responsible for overseeing the design, procurement, and construction of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations in terms of cost, schedule, and quality control. They work closely with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to manage the project effectively.
Responsibilities
- Client Management: Manage the project process to ensure client satisfaction and deliverables. Lead project programming, design, budgeting, and scheduling meetings with the client and design team.
- Team Management: Coordinate project start-up procedures, organize and conduct regular meetings, and ensure proper training for team members.
- Task Management: Lead client interfaces and OAC meetings, prepare scopes of work, schedules, and subcontractor requirements, and monitor project progress.
- High Level Competencies: Manage multiple projects, handle complex projects, and strategize for both shell construction and fit-out projects. Possess extensive expertise in industrial, data center, or healthcare projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of field and PM experience.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated project management skills, understanding of construction techniques, cost estimating, and Microsoft Project.

Final compensation is determined by relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
Pay
The annual salary range for this role is $104,100.00 - $156,100.00 USD. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short-term and long-term incentives.
Schedule
Travel is required up to 90%, with up to 80% expected for project site meetings, inspections, and client interfacing. The position involves standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds, and using hands to manipulate objects or controls. Specific conditions include frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and adjusting focus.
