Project Manager Construction
About the role
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the design, procurement, and construction of projects, including cost, schedule, and quality control. They work closely with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Client Management: Manage the project process to meet client expectations and ensure consistent deliverables.
- Team Management: Coordinate project tasks, organize meetings, and ensure proper training for team members.
- Task Management: Lead client interfaces, prepare scopes of work, and monitor construction progress.
- High Level Competencies: Manage multiple projects, handle complex projects, and strategize for different project types.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of field and previous PM experience.
- Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated project management abilities, understanding of construction techniques, cost estimating, and Microsoft Project.

Pay
The annual salary range for this role is $104,100.00 - $156,100.00 USD. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
