About the role

The Project Manager (PM) at Constructiv is responsible for overseeing the design, procurement, and construction of projects, ensuring they meet cost, schedule, and quality standards. They work closely with clients, project teams, and contractors to manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Manage the project process to meet client expectations, including creating and managing the project team, and driving project programming, design, budgeting, and scheduling meetings.
  • Team Management: Coordinate project start-up procedures, organize and conduct regular project team meetings, and plan, organize, and staff key positions.
  • Task Management: Lead client interfaces and OAC meetings, prepare scopes of work, schedules, subcontract values, and monitor construction progress.
  • High Level Competencies: Manage multiple projects, handle complex projects, strategize and manage both shell construction and fit-out projects, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of field and previous PM experience.
  • Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform project management tasks, understand construction techniques, cost estimating, and Microsoft Project.

Pay

The annual salary range for this role is $104,100.00 - $156,100.00 USD. Final compensation will be determined by various factors and may include short-term and long-term incentives.

Schedule

Travel is required, up to 90%, with 80% expected for project site meetings, inspections, and client interfacing. The role requires standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching above shoulders, lifting up to 25 pounds, and using hands to manipulate objects or controls. Specific conditions of this job include frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
