About the role
The Project Manager - Network Construction position at Armstrong Utilities, Inc. is seeking a passionate professional with a proven track record for delivering complex projects on-time and on-budget. This role requires leadership across multiple internal departments and external partners, suppliers, contractors, vendors, and various public and municipal entities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the RFP and bid process from beginning to end
- Write workorders and change orders
- Manage internal and external resources to ensure projects are on time and on budget
- Project inventory and validate usage
- Project tracking, reporting, and managing invoice processes
- Must be able to quickly resolve problems by interacting with multiple internal departments and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMP certification preferred
- 5-7 years Project Management or related experience in the Telecommunications industry preferred but not required

- Experience with complex projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to present to executive leadership teams
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and thrive in a constant improvement environment
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Microsoft Project
- Multi-tasking capabilities essential
- Management of multifaceted project schedule and associated reporting
- Able to travel up to ten (10) percent, including overnight
