Project Manager – Companion Diagnostics (CDx)

About the role

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Companion Diagnostics (CDx) program. The role involves managing multiple cross-functional projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring successful project delivery in a regulated medical device/biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4+ projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Track project progress, budget variances, and prepare status reports.
• Create presentations and dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Coordinate with external partners and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in Medical Device, Biotech, or Life Sciences.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, and Medical Device standards.
• Strong Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Skills

• Experience supporting Companion Diagnostics (CDx) programs is a plus.

Pay

$54/hr on W2

Schedule

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 12 months (possible extension). Onsite in Lake Forest, IL.
