Project Manager - Commercial/TI Construction

Responsibilities
- Oversee project management team and manage the day-to-day operations
- Able to make decisions that consider both schedule and budgets
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
- Manage scope review process
- Negotiate change orders
- Manage and update budgets
- Conduct regular status meetings with project team
- Deliver projects on time and within company profit targets
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus)
Project Management 10+ years preferred
Experience with a General Contractor
Conceptual Estimating experience
Communication skills and can wear many hats
Microsoft Suite Software Proficient
