Responsibilities
- Visit multiple job sites weekly; conduct roof inspections and meet with clients to assess completion and address concerns.
- Review proposals and contracts to make adjustments and execute project contracts.
- Read blueprints and specifications.
- Compute cost factors for planning, organizing, scheduling work, selecting vendors/subcontractors, and determining cost‑effectiveness.
- Consult with the estimator for each job to know manufacturer specifics and job requirements.
- Identify cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement.
- Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements for all change orders.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Set up a ladder and get on the roof to collect data.
- Bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lb when necessary.
- Request material quotes for projects as needed.
- Manage superintendents and roofing labor contractors.
- Work closely with the estimator.
- Drive a company vehicle.
Requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications.

- Ability to set up a ladder and get on the roof to collect data.
- Ability to drive a company vehicle.
Qualifications
Construction project management experience: 1 year (preferred).
Pay
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, with bonus potential.
Schedule
Monday to Friday.
