Project Manager - Commercial & Retail - North Shore, MA

About the role

Lead multiple high-end retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Cook up with internal teams and field staff to ensure project execution aligns with goals.

Oversee procurement, contract administration, and cost tracking.

Affirm adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.

Utilize Procore and other systems for project documentation and reporting.

Communicate regularly with senior leadership, including VPs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong background in high-end / luxury retail construction (required).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and Sage.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to commute to Wilmington, MA (no remote/hybrid flexibility).
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
