Job Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
- Cookordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key updates and performance metrics.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and collaboration.
Requirements
- A solid understanding of construction management principles and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Experience working in the Property industry or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
