Description

Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
Able to succeed in a fast paced environment
Maintain strong communication with clients and subcontractors
Oversee contract administration and change management
Monitor project financial performance and forecasting
Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to client expectations
Support business development efforts and long-term client relationships

Profile

5-10+ years of PM experience within the construction industry
Experience managing ground up projects from $2-$30M+
Project experience in hospitality, automotive or commercial
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes

Job Offer
