This role is with an innovative, award-winning, national construction management firm specializing in healthcare, commercial, and multi-family construction. The company is nationally ranked as an ENR Top 400 Company and offers all local work in Nashville.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a diverse range of healthcare construction projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction management, and hospital projects. Familiarity with Procore software is required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project obstacles.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Utilize Procore software for project management tasks, including document control, contract management, and reporting.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects from the ground up.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Expertise in project management software, particularly Procore.
  • Excellent understanding of all facets of the construction process.
  • Familiarity with construction and project management regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.

$100,000 - $140,000 per year
