About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a diverse range of healthcare construction projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction management, and hospital projects. Familiarity with Procore software is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project obstacles.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
- Utilize Procore software for project management tasks, including document control, contract management, and reporting.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
- Expertise in project management software, particularly Procore.
- Excellent understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Familiarity with construction and project management regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
