Project Manager-Commercial Entry Door Experience is a Plus

As an industry leader in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking, and security products, we are celebrating our 100th anniversary in 2026. We are seeking a Project Manager specializing in doors, frames, and hardware for the commercial construction industry to join our Tempe office. This role involves managing projects ranging from data centers to schools and hospitals, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements, and resource allotment for various project phases.
• Discuss and establish work plan outlines with staff; assign duties, define scope of authority, and provide technical advice/troubleshooting.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget; review status reports and make adjustments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs, ERP/CRM systems, and Excel; experience with construction software such as Procore is highly preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
