We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial drywall and metal framing projects from award through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, documentation, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Experience with acoustical ceilings, commercial flooring, or other interior construction trades is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and flooring projects from kickoff through final completionDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plansReview plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents to ensure scope accuracyCoordinate with owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teamsTrack project costs, labor productivity, material procurement, and subcontractor performanceManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, pay applications, and project documentationPerform regular jobsite visits to monitor safety, quality, schedule, and overall project progressIdentify project risks early and implement solutions to minimize delays and cost impactsOversee project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, final documentation, and turnover packagesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and reliable project execution Requirements 3+ years of project management experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, commercial flooring, or related interior constructionCommercial drywall and metal framing experience is requiredStrong understanding of commercial construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost controlAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentsExperience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneouslyProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software is preferredExcellent leadership, organizational, communication, and negotiation skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Benefits Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysCareer advancement and professional development opportunitiesCollaborative and team-focused work environment
