Project Manager - Commercial Construction

You will serve as a high-impact leader responsible for driving the successful execution of fast-paced commercial and retail construction projects. This role grants you the autonomy to manage complex builds while supported by a growth-oriented team that values a "team-first" mentality. Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of ground-up commercial projects to ensure they remain on schedule and within established budget parameters.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain a seamless workflow on fast-paced retail and QSR job sites.
- Communicate project milestones and potential risks proactively to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Resolve complex logistical and technical on-site obstacles by implementing creative, proactive problem-solving strategies.
- Strengthen project outcomes by maintaining an organized, detail-oriented approach to documentation and contract management.
- Evaluate project progress against strict timelines to ensure "Complete Construction" standards of quality are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction and retail/QSR projects.
- Strong accountability and ownership mindset with a track record of meeting fast-paced schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a respectful but firm leadership style.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisive actions in a high-stakes environment.
- Self-motivated professional capable of delivering results with minimal need for micromanagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Commercial Project Management role within the construction industry.
- Associates Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Long-term career mindset with a desire to grow alongside a mid-sized, evolving organization.
Pay
$100,000 to $120,000 per year.
