Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and closeout

Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

Review scopes of work, subcontractor agreements, drawings, specifications, and project requirements before construction begins

Identify potential project risks, cost impacts, schedule conflicts, and out-of-scope work early in the process

Track project financials, forecast costs, review pay applications, and provide regular updates to leadership

Partner with field teams to maintain quality, safety, productivity, and strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Previous project management experience within commercial construction
  • Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, commercial, hospitality, or related building projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, field teams, and internal leadership
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
