Responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are completed within budget and timeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Manage teams of contractors and subcontractors
- Oversee quality control and safety protocols
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet expectations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
