Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple active job sites
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines
• Coordinate with union carpenters, millwork foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Lead client communication with a solutions-oriented, transparent approach
• Review drawings, submittals, and RFIs; manage change orders
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable codes
• Track project financials and provide regular reporting to ownership

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (carpentry, millwork, or interior fit-out experience a strong plus)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling software, and budgeting
• Excellent communication skills — with clients, crews, and ownership alike
• Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering results that exceed expectations
• Experience working with union labor preferred

Pay

$100,000 - $140,000 per year
