About the role
The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of 80–100 commercial AV projects per year, or 15-20 projects (from contract handoff through final closeout at a time) and service department transition. This role carries full ownership of project budget, profitability, schedule, labor utilization, change order management, billing accuracy, documentation, and client satisfaction.
