Project Manager - Clinical Applications: III (Senior)

About the role

Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation, specifically in the revenue cycle applications space. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic Revenue Cycle integration projects with a strong background in facility integration and a comprehensive understanding of the full revenue cycle from front-end to back-end.
• Coordinate discovery, build, testing, and go-live preparation for revenue cycle applications.
• Manage patient backload processes, charge testing, and validation.
• Ensure seamless workflows across both ambulatory and acute settings.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams to keep Revenue Cycle workstreams on track.
• Leverage extensive experience to plan and execute project tasks effectively.
• Lead and direct the work of project team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Epic Revenue Cycle integration.
• Experience with patient backload processes.
• Proficiency in charge testing and validation.
• Strong understanding of full Revenue Cycle workflows, from front-end through back-end.
• Experience with both ambulatory and acute workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Advanced Degree or Certifications preferred).
