About the role

As a Civil/DOT Project Manager at KCI Construction, you will lead heavy civil and infrastructure work across the Springfield, Missouri region. You will manage project performance, execute tasks, handle financials, schedule projects, and manage contracts. You will also solve problems and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success
  • Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently
  • Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings
  • Keep projects on track by aligning crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines
  • Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation
  • Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners
  • Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams

Requirements

  • Experience in heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects
