Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and milestones
- Develop detailed project plans and status reports to keep stakeholders informed
- Facilitate meetings, resource coordination, and issue resolution
- Track project progress and manage scope changes
- Support process improvement and establish project management best practices
- Contribute to Business Development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in technical project or program management
- PMP or equivalent certification required
- 3+ years managing technology projects for State Health and Human Services, preferably Child Welfare
- Strong experience with Agile project management techniques
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Experience in enterprise platform or cloud-based technology environments
