Project Manager- Child Welfare

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and milestones
• Develop detailed project plans and status reports to keep stakeholders informed
• Facilitate meetings, resource coordination, and issue resolution
• Track project progress and manage scope changes
• Support process improvement and establish project management best practices
• Contribute to Business Development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in technical project or program management
• PMP or equivalent certification required
• 3+ years managing technology projects for State Health and Human Services, preferably Child Welfare
• Strong experience with Agile project management techniques
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Experience in enterprise platform or cloud-based technology environments
