About the role

The Project Manager at rand* Construction Corporation is a key position responsible for the organization, implementation, and completion of projects to high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, building owners, managers, consultants, architects, and employees.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, employees.
• Conduct job cost and cash flow analysis, prepare reports, and manage budgets.
• Manage and oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Master Procore modules, including Project Management and Financial Management tools.
• Mastery of Microsoft Project and understanding of its implications.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Requirements

• A four-year degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction.
• Good analytical and quantitative skills.
• Understanding of financial terms and principles.
• Knowledge of contracts.
