About the role
The Project Manager at rand* Construction Corporation is a key position responsible for the organization, implementation, and completion of projects to high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, building owners, managers, consultants, architects, and employees.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, employees.
- Conduct job cost and cash flow analysis, prepare reports, and manage budgets.
- Manage and oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Master Procore modules, including Project Management and Financial Management tools.
- Mastery of Microsoft Project and understanding of its implications.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Requirements
- A four-year degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction.
- Good analytical and quantitative skills.
- Understanding of financial terms and principles.
- Knowledge of contracts.
