Responsibilities

As a Project Manager (Carpentry & Interior Trades), you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects with a major focus on carpentry, metal framing, drywall, and interior finishes. You will:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage subcontractors
  • Communicate with clients
  • Ensure projects are safe, on schedule, and profitable

Requirements

  • 5+ years construction experience, preferably in interior trades (carpentry, drywall, framing)
  • Proven track record managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of carpentry and interior systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management tools

Pay

$110,000 - $150,000 per year
