Responsibilities
As a Project Manager (Carpentry & Interior Trades), you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects with a major focus on carpentry, metal framing, drywall, and interior finishes. You will:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams
- Manage subcontractors
- Communicate with clients
- Ensure projects are safe, on schedule, and profitable
Requirements
- 5+ years construction experience, preferably in interior trades (carpentry, drywall, framing)
- Proven track record managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of carpentry and interior systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management tools
Pay
$110,000 - $150,000 per year
