Project Manager / Business Analyst

Business Analyst / Project Manager - Remote but must be local to Boston, MA Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to support business transformation and operational initiatives. This role combines business analysis, data-focused requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and project coordination. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.Partner with business and technology teams to support project delivery.Facilitate stakeholder discussions, drive alignment, and communicate project updates.Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.Support project planning, issue tracking, and risk management activities.Prepare documentation, reports, and executive-level communications.Assist with data validation and business process initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a hybrid BA/PM role.Experience within investment management, asset management, investment operations, or financial services.Experience with Aladdin, PAM, Wall Street Office (WSO), or similar investment platforms preferred.
