PROJECT MANAGER – BUILDINGS, PROPERTY & DEVELOPMENT @ NATIONAL SPIRITUAL ASSEMBLY OF THE BAHÁ’ÍS OF TANZANIA (NSA)

About the role

The National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of Tanzania is seeking a qualified and responsible Project Manager – Buildings, Property and Development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise architectural, construction, property, and development projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and administrative compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Manage projects from planning through completion.
• Supervise contractors and consultants.
• Maintain budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with government authorities on land, property documentation, surveying, building approvals, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• A blend of technical engineering expertise and project management discipline.
• Strong communication skills to align institutional objectives with project goals.
• Ability to work within agreed timeframes and financial parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a similar capacity within the Bahá’í community.
• Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of Bahá’í administrative procedures and policies.
