About the role

To accommodate our continued growth, we are seeking a project manager with a focus on building structural engineering to work on new building and renovation projects. This position is ideal for a structural engineer that enjoys working with clients on building expansions, repairs, renovations, and stand-alone buildings ranging from $10k to $20M. The selected candidate will also mentor junior staff, review their work for quality and accuracy, and support their ongoing technical growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage building structural engineering projects, including new construction and renovations
• Work with clients on building expansions, repairs, renovations, and stand-alone buildings ($10k–$20M)
• Mentor junior staff and review their work for quality and accuracy
• Support ongoing technical growth of team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering (master's degree is a plus)
• PE license (SE license is a plus)
• 10+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, and/or masonry design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of structural engineering software (RAM, RISA, Revit)
• Working knowledge of building codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)

Pay

$110,000 – $155,000 annually
