Created/Revised Date: October 20, 2026 Anticipated Closing Date: Open Until Filled Job Title: Project Manager – Building Automation Systems Location: Bartonville, IL; Onsite Shift: Day Shift Salary Pay Range – top and bottom range and Other Compensation: The salary range for this position is expected to be between $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm About the Role: Step into a high-impact leadership role driving the delivery of cutting-edge smart building technologies. You will direct end-to-end HVAC, energy, and building automation projects across our territory, acting as the operational backbone from initial post-sale release through system commissioning and final client handover. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead BAS and HVAC project execution from post-sale release to client turnover. Drive proactive communication with general contractors, owners, engineers, and internal teams. Manage site logistics, field workforce scheduling, and subcontractor compliance. Oversee project financial health including billings, RFIs, and change orders. Identify and mitigate job site risks before they impact schedule or margin. Ensure high-quality standards and strict adherence to safety protocols on every site. Qualifications: 5+ years managing construction, mechanical, or building control projects. Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems, BAS controls, or electrical/mechanical systems. Strong track record handling project budgets, change orders, and schedule logistics. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. BS in Construction Management/Engineering OR equivalent field experience. Proficiency with standard productivity tools (Google Workspace / MS Office).
