About the role

Power You Solutions GmbH is building the next generation of energy infrastructure: battery storage, intelligent energy solutions, and new uses for real estate and land. As a Real Estate Consultant – Energy, you will identify and develop suitable sites for modern energy solutions.

What you will do

• Identify promising property and land potential for energy projects (e.g., battery storage or energy facilities)
• Engage with property owners, companies, and partners to develop joint solutions
• Analyze locations and markets to assess project economic viability
• Support negotiations and contract closures
• Coordinate technical requirements with our team and external partners
• Guide projects from initial idea through to implementation

• Interest in real estate, energy, or infrastructure
• Initial experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Enjoyment of working with people and developing deals

• Openness to new tools and digital ways of working
• A degree in business, real estate, energy, or related fields is helpful but not required
