Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and customer suppliers.
- Act as the communications coordinator for assigned major projects, ensuring effective coordination across all internal departments.
- Ensure preparation and delivery of customer documentation and project drawings in accordance with contract requirements.
- Represent the Company at customer and subcontractor coordination and status meetings.
- Monitor project activities to ensure cost targets and gross margin objectives are achieved.
- Track and control major components of project costs.
- Absorb responsibility for maintaining and executing the overall project schedule.
- Follow required administrative procedures to ensure successful project execution.
- Negotiate the settlement of claims associated with assigned projects.
- Monitor project progress against established plans and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical troubleshooting and repair of offshore oilfield equipment and/or drilling operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Job Requirements
- Must be flexible with working hours to meet customer needs.
- Work outside of normal office hours is common.
