Project Manager, Automation Performance

Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and customer suppliers.
• Act as the communications coordinator for assigned major projects, ensuring effective coordination across all internal departments.
• Ensure preparation and delivery of customer documentation and project drawings in accordance with contract requirements.
• Represent the Company at customer and subcontractor coordination and status meetings.
• Monitor project activities to ensure cost targets and gross margin objectives are achieved.
• Track and control major components of project costs.
• Absorb responsibility for maintaining and executing the overall project schedule.
• Follow required administrative procedures to ensure successful project execution.
• Negotiate the settlement of claims associated with assigned projects.
• Monitor project progress against established plans and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical troubleshooting and repair of offshore oilfield equipment and/or drilling operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Job Requirements

• Must be flexible with working hours to meet customer needs.
• Work outside of normal office hours is common.
