Requirements

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or transactional practice.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
