About the Role

As a Project Manager at Zurn Elkay, you will lead footprint optimization and integration projects for the business. You will plan requirements with internal customers and guide projects through the entire lifecycle, including managing schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication—including senior leadership. You will provide program management support for strategic operations and distribution initiatives across multiple business groups and geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of program schedules, expense and capital budgeting, and resource forecasting.
  • Ensure integration of cross-functional schedules and deliverables.
  • Identify and manage risks, making judgments about quality and adjusting program pace as needed.
  • Define program scope and drive timely execution of key decisions.
  • Manage program changes post-decision.
  • Deliver programs on time through effective allocation of time, budget, and resources.
  • Improve processes and tools.
  • Drive accountability to schedules and budgets by maintaining program schedules, scorecards, and facilitating project reviews.
  • Capture learnings and incorporate them into new projects and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (operations, engineering, supply chain, or similar).
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects.
  • Travel up to 35%.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit goals.
  • Ability to influence and drive project results, securing buy-in from key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Agility and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills.
  • Strong team, organizational effectiveness, and financial/strategic acumen.

Pay

The salary range is $75,000 – $110,000. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including skillset, experience, education, training, and other relevant business and organizational factors.
