Project Manager
Position Summary
The Project Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects. This individual manages day-to-day project operations, leads and mentors Assistant Project Managers, and ensures alignment with company standards, client expectations, and contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Supervise, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company best practices.
Cook up project execution plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with the Senior Project Manager.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Monitor and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and driving best practices.
