Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Cook up with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Identify risks, issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
• Prepare status reports and communicate updates to leadership.
• Sure that projects are delivered with high quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or related certifications.
• Experience managing IT/software development projects.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource planning.
