Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial glass and glazing projects from start to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment
- Oversee multiple active projects simultaneously, including large-scale work valued at approximately $8M-$10M
- Cookordinate with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and general contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts related to glazing and building envelope systems
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans across multiple concurrent projects
- Prepare, track, and manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and reporting
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues, delays, and coordination challenges
- Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and cost impacts
- Communicate regularly with clients, GCs, and internal teams to align expectations and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and building codes
- Support continuous improvement of project execution and delivery processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction project management with responsibility for schedules, budgets, and full project delivery
- Prominent ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Strong experience overseeing large-scale projects (including portfolios in the $8M-$10M range)
- Strong understanding of commercial construction workflows, coordination, and execution
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software tools
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and quality control standards
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
