Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position located in the Quad Cities Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day commercial construction project operations while ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Cookordinate project activities and workflows
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Manage project quality and safety requirements
• Cookordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and inspectors
• Lead project teams and maintain effective communication
• Resolve project issues and support successful project execution
• Manage project documentation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Experience with Expediting and project coordination
• Strong Project Management experience
• Inspection experience
• Logistics Management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage project teams
• Strong understanding of construction methods and practices
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations
• PMP or CCM Certification preferred
