Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Lead CI initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma), optimize workflows, and maintain SOPs.
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions to enhance program effectiveness.
- Power BI & Data: Own the end-to-end Power BI lifecycle—modeling, visualization, and automation. Ensure data integrity, manage workspace performance, and train team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in PMO or project management roles.
- Proven experience with Power BI development and administration.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
