Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for daily coordination of all aspects of the project and act as the communications link between the project teams and Program Leaders. This professional is responsible for completing projects with accuracy while monitoring project performance and meeting or exceeding expectations.

Requirements

  • Essential Functions
  • Reports into the Principal, Capital Projects & Manufacturing Transformation
  • No direct reports
  • Up to 40% travel (internationally/domestically), including overnight stays
  • Flexible schedule depending on amount of travel
  • Manages project scope, schedule, budget, and risk
  • Develops project management plans, project documentation, work breakdown structures, project schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation
  • Prepares charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing and effectively presenting information
  • Reviews risk and risk mitigation activities of the project and proposes budgets for the same
  • Captures schedules to facilitate completion of task and contract deliverables, briefings/presentations, and project reviews
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
  • Interfaces with all areas affected by the project
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements
  • Manages project scope and objectives, and organizes, coordinates, and implements the project
  • Provides day-to-day project direction, ensuring quality standards, project tracking, and analysis of assigned aspects of assigned project
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in Project Management or Associate’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Management
  • Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Lean Methodology a plus
  • Related Project Management experience within Manufacturing preferred
