Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Understand commercial construction logistics, labor, material, and equipment handling.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications, translating them into operational realities.
• Understand basic business practices and interpret construction-related accounting reports.
• Facilitate the installation of Mechanical systems.
• Coordinate labor with superintendents, jobsite foremen, and clients.
• Evaluate quotations.
• Select and manage sub-contractors.
• Handle equipment selection, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Requirements

• College degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC construction, including estimating, project management, and business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
