Responsibilities
- Provides overall leadership for successful project outcomes
- Leads project team focusing on customer with open communication, clear direction, and high performance expectations
- Negotiates, prepares, and administers subcontracts and purchase agreements
- Develops and manages overall project budgets
- Manages project documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Prepares and negotiates change orders with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manages customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Produces and manages administrative documents such as Submittals, RFIs, ASIs, etc.
- Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget
- Identifies and addresses project-specific risks with a strategic action plan
- Obtains necessary permits and licenses from authorities
- Facilitates, coordinates, and communicates on all levels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Engineering or related field
- Construction management experience: successfully completed 5 or more construction projects in the capacity of a Project Manager
- Detailed knowledge of construction concepts, methods, and blueprints
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook
