Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project team through the life of the project including: SLAM staff architects, interior designers, structural engineers, landscape architects, and coordination with various consultants
- Maintain positive communications with colleagues, clients, and consultants
- Absorb and express concepts accurately and rapidly
- Manage the project team
- Meet deadlines
- Client contact representing firm/team on projects
- Absorb and express concepts accurately and rapidly
- Attend interviews
- Provide mentorship for junior level staff
- Prepare consultant contracts
- Monthly processing of consultant invoices
Key Skills
- Minimum of 10+ years of institutional project management experience
- Experience completing small and large-scale, complex, Healthcare and/or Education projects preferred
- Bachelor and/or Master of Architecture from an accredited program
- Strong presentation, communication, organizational, team building, collaboration and communication skills are a must
- ACHA accreditation preferred, but not required
- Highly motivated, good team player with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate with large multi-disciplinary teams, and work well under deadlines
- Exhibit proficiency in MS Office and Revit
- Licensure required
Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 – 135,000. Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
