Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project team through the life of the project including: SLAM staff architects, interior designers, structural engineers, landscape architects, and coordination with various consultants
• Maintain positive communications with colleagues, clients, and consultants
• Absorb and express concepts accurately and rapidly
• Manage the project team
• Meet deadlines
• Client contact representing firm/team on projects
• Absorb and express concepts accurately and rapidly
• Attend interviews
• Provide mentorship for junior level staff
• Prepare consultant contracts
• Monthly processing of consultant invoices

Key Skills

• Minimum of 10+ years of institutional project management experience
• Experience completing small and large-scale, complex, Healthcare and/or Education projects preferred
• Bachelor and/or Master of Architecture from an accredited program
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, team building, collaboration and communication skills are a must
• ACHA accreditation preferred, but not required
• Highly motivated, good team player with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate with large multi-disciplinary teams, and work well under deadlines
• Exhibit proficiency in MS Office and Revit
• Licensure required

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 – 135,000. Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
