About the role

You will take full operational ownership of high-value industrial, medical, and commercial electrical construction projects from inception to completion. This role empowers you to manage high-stakes project budgets, coordinate critical field resources, and interface directly with premium medical and industrial clients. You will drive strategic growth within an established, quality-focused management team that rewards technical precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive execution of commercial, industrial, and specialized medical electrical construction projects.
• Manage project financials, budgets, and change orders to maximize profitability and resource efficiency.
• Cook up material procurement and labor allocation to meet strict architectural and engineering milestones.
• Interface closely with client stakeholders, general contractors, and field superintendents to streamline project delivery.
• Resolve complex logistical or design conflicts proactively to eliminate field bottlenecks and construction delays.
• Maintain rigorous quality control and technical compliance standards across all active project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Proven, well-rounded project management experience within the commercial electrical construction industry.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency managing complex industrial or specialized medical facility projects.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial construction workflows, building codes, and safety protocols.
• Track record of managing project budgets, labor coordination, and contract documentation successfully.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of related electrical project management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED paired with formal technical or trade school background.
• Experience managing fast-tracked medical installations, equipment controls, or federal projects.
