About Us
- Project Manager – Lead Luxury Residential and High-End Commercial Construction
- Salary/Pay Rate: $110,000 - $135,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses and commission
- Location: Miami, Florida
- Job/Employment Type: Full Time
Luxury residential and high-end commercial projects ranging from $1M to $15M.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications

How You Will Make An Impact
- Manage and participate in the planning, project buy-out, scheduling, and budget maintenance activities.
- Formulate and refine the master project schedule using Procore and Microsoft Office to meet critical dates.
- Serve as the primary interface and liaison between the owner, design professionals, and field staff.
- Oversee and evaluate subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure strict compliance with contract terms.
- Create and manage vital project controls tracking RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and change orders.
- Supervise project staff members, including the Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer.
- Evaluate project designs for constructability and execute value-engineering strategies for cost savings.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience functioning as a construction Project Manager.
- Direct field experience managing at least 2 to 3 construction projects valued over $1M each.
- Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and highly detailed technical manuals.
- Working knowledge of local permitting processes including DERM, SFWMD, and building departments.
- Strong contract administration skills including AIA pay requisitions, bank draws, and change orders.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar scientific field.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Procore, and modern construction management software platforms.
- Demonstrated success acting as a self-started, creative problem solver with excellent people skills.
- Exposure to project pro-formas, detailed cost budgeting, and financial profitability studies.
