Project Manager
About the role
Provides project management including adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Plans, schedules or coordinates projects activities to meet deadlines. Monitors project compliance. Coordinates the overall integration of the project. Supervises and directs project personnel; assigns duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the assigned day-to-day operations and logistics of the program.
- Create schedules, analyze and present data, assist in the development and tracking of program KPI’s.
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
- Track expenditures, handle invoices, and process travel.
- Serve as the primary liaison between program staff, stakeholders, partners, and other departments.
- Facilitate seamless departmental communication by organizing staff meetings, stakeholder briefings, and community events.
- Ensure that the program operates in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Compliance and policy management.
- Occasional duties:
- Other projects as assigned when needed to support program outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus three years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal seven years.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, financial oversight, communication, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and policies.

Pay
