Roles & Responsibilities

• Makes mechanisms, standards, and predictable procedures for TPM and scrum team execution.
• Simplifies and improves process controls.
• Communicates clearly, concisely, and accurately with the right audience.
• Drives business and technical discussions.
• Ensures effective end-to-end delivery of projects and programs.
• Mitigates risks effectively, balancing short-term decisions with long-term consequences.
• Escalates with good judgment.
• Defines business problems, requirements, technology, and delivery plans.
• Builds consensus, secures commitments, and negotiates positive outcomes on engineering processes, team alignment, and delivery.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to drive product roadmaps.
• Addresses bottlenecks, provides escalation management, anticipates, and makes tradeoffs, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
• Partners with multiple teams across multiple locations with varying priorities to ensure timely delivery of products or solutions.
• Clarifies and drives project commitments, establishes and maintains clear chains of accountability.
• Collaborates with cross-discipline team members to ensure adherence to project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Coordinates meetings with internal and external project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Establishes effective project communication plans and ensures their execution.
• Analyzes business situations, creates processes, and facilitates change requests to ensure informed decision-making on schedule and budget.

Pay

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year
