About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our software development projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee software development projects from initiation to delivery
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of managing software development projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background with understanding of software development
- Experience in the tech industry
- Knowledge of software development life cycle
- Experience with budget management
- Conflict resolution experience
Pay
$95,000 - $125,000
